the J Simmons 1838 watermark and the second half bearing a Britannia figurine
All 7 watermarks displayed in this section, found impregnated
into the draft documents of the Treaty, have been hand transcribed by staff of
Preservation Services of the New Zealand National Archives. These were graciously
